4. Design Approval & Proofing

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final designs before production.

Once approval is given, 7BStudio is not responsible for errors such as spelling, layout, colors, or content.

Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges.

5. Production & Delivery

Production timelines are estimated and may vary due to material availability, project complexity, or external factors.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.

7BStudio is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Revisions & Cancellations

Revisions are allowed as per the agreed package or quotation.

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Any cancellation before production may be subject to administrative or design charges.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of printing, packaging, and signage services, returns and refunds are not accepted once production is completed.

If a product is found defective or not as per the approved specifications, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved issues will be resolved through replacement or correction at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, videos, and content created by 7BStudio remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

After full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables is transferred to the client.

7BStudio reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate content, images, branding materials, and specifications.

Ensure they have legal rights to use all materials provided.

Approve designs in a timely manner to avoid delays.

7BStudio is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-provided content.

10. Limitation of Liability
