All printing, packaging, signage, and creative services provided by 7BStudio are custom-made based on client-approved designs and specifications.

Returns or refunds are not accepted once production has started or the order has been completed.

Orders cannot be canceled after final design approval and production commencement.

2. Design Approval Responsibility

Clients must carefully review and approve all designs, proofs, dimensions, colors, and content before production.

7BStudio is not responsible for errors approved by the client, including spelling, layout, or color variations.

3. Defective or Incorrect Orders

We will take corrective action if:
